  • Why do we buy 100%?

    Due to the fact that CSI is a publicly traded company in Canada there will be no other liquidity events. We do not have to return resources to the shareholder like traditional funds.

  • Why sell now and not in 3 years if my company is growing?

    You can participate in this growth even by selling the company. Normally for companies with relevant growth rates, we create an earnout system to make it irrelevant whether they are sold now or in the medium term.

  • Will there be synergy between the companies?

    We do not force synergies so as not to harm independence, but we create a collaborative environment in which companies can work together and grow more and better.

  • What type of support do you offer companies?

    Exchange of experiences of a group with more than 1,000 investees in addition to support but areas of finance, taxes, HR and others to exchange experiences of best practices. We have a revenue team that helps drive organic growth.
